Encore delivered one of the most ambitious international incentive programs ever staged in Thailand, producing the Amway China 2026 Leadership Seminar in Bangkok. Welcoming more than 12,000 Amway Business Owners across multiple waves, the program unfolded over several weeks, integrating leadership sessions, gala celebrations and immersive experiences into a single, cohesive journey. 

This event continues Encore’s long-standing partnership with Amway, spanning more than 30 years and nine major incentive programs. With each edition, the expectation is clear: continual reinvention at the highest level. 

The Challenge 

Amway’s top performers are highly experienced global travellers, many of whom have attended multiple Amway incentive programs over the years. As a result, the challenge is always to deliver something genuinely new — an experience that hasn’t been seen, felt or experienced before. 

For Bangkok, a destination familiar to many delegates, this meant re-interpreting the city through a contemporary creative lens, delivering an experience that felt elevated, relevant and distinctive. At the same time, Encore was required to execute this vision at scale, repeatedly transforming the same venue across multiple event formats over an intensive multi-week schedule, without exposing the operational complexity behind the scenes. 

The Experience
