Encore Event Technologies is pleased to announce the appointment of Jack Illeperuma as Regional General Manager for Victoria, Western Australia, South Australia and Tasmania. Jack brings more than three decades of international hospitality and events leadership experience across Australia, the Middle East, Sri Lanka and the Maldives.
Jack joins Encore following a distinguished senior leadership career at Crown Melbourne, where he most recently served as Executive General Manager – Food & Beverage. He is widely respected for his ability to lead complex, multi-venue operations and consistently deliver strong commercial, cultural and service outcomes.
His career is defined by a proven track record in operational transformation, organisational culture development, and the execution of strategic initiatives that elevate guest experience and business performance.
