When can I expect to hear back from Encore after I apply?
Due to the large volume of applications, we get every day, we can only follow up with candidates we would like to move forward with in the interview process. Usually we will get back to you within a few days.
Am I eligible?
To be eligible to work at Encore, you must be 18+, have the right to work in the country of interest, as well as meet the requirements of the role. Successful candidates will need to provide evidence of their right to work before commencing employment. We have on occasion offered temporary 457 Visa sponsorships to the right candidate for a specific role.

What happens after I apply?
Your application will be reviewed, and if found qualified, you will be contacted by one of our recruiters for an initial phone screen. Your application will be discussed with the hiring manager and if successful you will be invited for an interview. After this, another interview may be conducted, and if you progress to the next stage, we will ask you to fill out some paperwork and then we will conduct your reference checks. If all checks out, you will be formally offered a position at Encore.
