Encore provided a comprehensive event production solution, covering audio, visual, lighting design, and overall event management. The centrepiece was an impressive 8.5 x 3.5 metre LED wall, delivering a striking visual backdrop for the presentation of 43 awards. Ambient lighting, perfectly matched to Euromoney’s brand colours, created a sophisticated atmosphere throughout the ballroom.
To ensure alignment with Euromoney’s vision, especially as the client could not conduct a site visit, Encore’s design team produced detailed renders of the event setup. This allowed the client to review and approve the design in advance, ensuring every detail matched their expectations.
