Encore Event Technologies has been honoured with top accolades at the 2025 Meetings & Events Australia (MEA) Awards, cementing its reputation as a leader in event production and incentive experiences.

Winning the Legacy Award means the event has been judged to leave a meaningful legacy. It highlights excellence in creating events that not only succeed in the moment but also contribute enduring value for stakeholders and the wider community.

Encore’s winning entry for Incentive Event of the Year showcased the spectacular Asian Paints Incentive Program, delivered across Australia and New Zealand. This monumental event brought together over 700 delegates and their families for a two-week program spanning 17 venues and 32 individual events. Anchored by the theme ‘Unstoppable’, Encore’s team orchestrated immersive themed dinners, adventure-filled excursions, and show-stopping gala nights, blending cutting-edge technology such as hologram screens, synchronised LED displays, and aerial performances with culturally rich storytelling.

The program not only celebrated creative production excellence but also injected over $10 million into local economies, set new benchmarks for sustainability, and fostered deep engagement with local suppliers and communities. Encore’s meticulous planning and innovative approach overcame complex logistical challenges, delivering a seamless experience that left a lasting legacy for both the client and the industry. Encore also received the NSW State Award for Incentive Event of the Year for the same event.

Encore’s Managing Director, International, Scott Nodsle, acknowledged the efforts and contributions of all team members involved in delivering the win, commenting:

“We are absolutely thrilled to be recognised with multiple MEA Awards this year. These honours reflect the dedication, creativity, and technical excellence of our entire Encore team. Winning both the Legacy and State awards for Incentive Event, as well as the National and NSW Audiovisual Services awards, is a testament to our commitment to delivering transformative experiences and setting new industry benchmarks. I am incredibly proud of our people and grateful to our clients and partners for their trust and collaboration.”

In addition to the incentive event awards, Encore was also awarded National and State Winner for Audiovisual Services. This recognition reflects Encore’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and reliability in event production with the company delivering transformative experiences for thousands of events annually, from exclusive galas and awards to grand-scale conferences.

Daniel Lourenco, Director of Innovation, was delighted with Encore’s AV award win:

This AV award reflects our investment in advanced solutions, from AI-powered apps and multi-camera systems to pioneering AI-generated multimedia experiences. Our significant investment in future-focused LED displays empowers our clients to create truly memorable events. In 2024 and 2025, Encore set new industry benchmarks by investing in advanced AI and LED technologies, including real-time translation, multi-camera systems, and innovative LED displays. This, combined with robust training, diversity initiatives, and an impressive staff retention rate, demonstrates Encore’s commitment to people and sustainability. EcoVadis accreditation and ongoing environmental efforts further highlight Encore’s leadership, while active industry engagement and thought leadership underpin its reputation for blending innovation, creativity, and client satisfaction in audio visual services. Encore is also proud to hold Great Place to Work accreditation.

These multiple awards recognise Encore’s ability to blend innovation, creativity, and sustainability with a relentless focus on client satisfaction, making it a true leader in audio visual services.

Encore congratulates its valued venue partners on their outstanding achievements at the 2025 MEA Awards, with special congratulations to Sofitel Sydney Wentworth, winner of both the NSW and National awards for Special Event of the Year, for an exceptional event where Encore was proud to deliver the creative production.
