Encore Achieves bizSAFE Level 2 Accreditation, Strengthening Risk Management and Workplace Safety

The bizSAFE logo features the word biz in red, handwritten-style text overlapping the bold, black word SAFE with a green cross integrated into the letter E.

Encore ANZPAC is proud to announce that it has attained bizSAFE Level 2 accreditation, marking an important advancement in its commitment to workplace safety and health.

bizSAFE is a nationally recognised capability-building programme developed by Singapore’s Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Council and supported by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). The programme provides a structured, progressive framework to help organisations strengthen their workplace safety and health practices.

Achieving bizSAFE Level 2 confirms that Encore has moved beyond executive commitment to safety and has developed formal risk management capabilities across its operations. This includes the appointment of a trained Risk Management Champion and the development of a comprehensive Risk Management Plan to systematically identify, assess, and control workplace hazards.

“Achieving bizSAFE Level 2 reflects our proactive approach to managing risk and protecting our people,” said Scott Nodsle, Managing Director, International Division at Encore. “In our industry, safety is fundamental. This milestone demonstrates that we are embedding structured risk management into how we plan, deliver, and operate events.”

The bizSAFE framework is particularly relevant for organisations operating in high-touch, high-activity environments such as live events, production, and technical services, where proactive hazard identification and control are critical. By achieving Level 2, Encore strengthens its operational resilience, enhances safety governance, and reinforces confidence among clients, partners, and venues.

Encore remains committed to continuous improvement in workplace safety and health and will continue progressing its bizSAFE journey as part of its broader safety and risk management strategy.
